Rules

Each day presents a new challenge item to complete.  If you are in phase 1 of the challenge, set your baseline by counting each item you already do on a daily basis then multiply the # of items by 21.  If you are in phase 2 or above, use your previous final total.  Each day that you complete the challenge, give yourself 1 point in the assigned box of the score card.  Move onto the next day without stopping the task from the previous day.  Make sure to track your score daily.    

What To Expect

The 21day healthy habits challenge is made up of compounding daily missions to accomplish.  Challenge items include for example:  Day 1:  You must drink at least half your body weight in oz.  Day 2 Add drinking hot tea 3 times per day in addition to day 1’s challenge.
